A. Luggage Storage
  • Luggage may be stored free of charge up to two days before check-in.
  • Luggage stored three or more days before check-in will incur a charge of ¥500 per bag, per day.
  • Luggage may be stored free of charge on the day of check-out. Each additional day will incur a charge of ¥500 per bag, per day.
  • Small items such as packages and envelopes are exempt from charges and may be stored free of charge.


B. Yamato Takkyubin (Luggage Delivery Service)
IAM HOTEL offers a luggage delivery service through Yamato Transport, a nationwide express delivery company.
Please read the following information carefully to ensure your delivery is processed smoothly.

-Daily Collection Time
  • Luggage pickup is scheduled daily between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
  • Shipments are generally scheduled to arrive the day after pickup.
  • To ensure timely pickup, please bring your luggage to the front desk by 9:00 PM the night before.
-Delivery Delays
  • Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • If sending luggage to the airport, please arrange delivery at least two days prior to your flight departure.
  • IAM HOTEL is not responsible for delivery delays, delivery failures, or missed flights caused by courier-related issues.
-Damaged or Lost Luggage
  • In the event your luggage is damaged, delayed, or lost, please contact Yamato Transport directly for assistance:

-Important Disclaimer
  • IAM HOTEL acts solely as a collection point for Yamato Transport services. Once the delivery slip is completed, Yamato Transport becomes the responsible party.
  • IAM HOTEL is unable to provide support or handle inquiries regarding shipping status, delivery fees, delivery times, delays, or missed flights caused by courier issues.


C. Parcel Service
  • We are unable to accept luggage sent with payment due on arrival (cash on delivery).
  • If a package is not collected by check-out time, we may be required to dispose of it.
  • Guests using delivery services are kindly requested to notify us in advance.
  • Please refrain from sending valuables or fragile items, as we are not responsible for any damage or loss during shipping.


D. Free Lending Service

  • Luggage Scale
  • Nail Clippers
  • Charging Cable
  • Adapter
  • Umbrella
Please note that damage or loss due to misuse or accidents may result in repair or replacement charges.
